It really focuses you in on letting go and being yourself. That's it. There's some things to avoid, like talking about work and other helpful things to remember. But mostly it gives you the insight you need into how women perceive men, their own situations and how you come off looking and how to make yourself attractive to women.
I'm no player, and I didn't order this to become one. But, I wanted a little less rejection when it came to asking out the hot girl at the bar.
